By registering, paying, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service. The Complete Trader Plan is a 2-day live, online educational workshop. It is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. It is not investment advice, research, a recommendation, or a tip to buy, sell, or hold any security. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to register. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Registration and payment. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fee (₹247 unless stated otherwise) through our payment partner, Razorpay. Access details (joining link, schedule) are shared by email and/or WhatsApp before the session. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
4. No guarantee of outcomes. Trading and investing involve risk. We do not promise, guarantee, or assure any profit, return, income, or financial outcome from attending the Workshop. Any results depend on many factors outside our control. See our Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual property. All Workshop content — including live sessions, slides, frameworks (such as the d$b System and the 7-Step Trading Framework), bonus materials, templates, and recordings — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to access it for your own learning. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, screen-share, or publicly share any part of the Workshop or materials without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the website or Workshop, disrupt sessions, harass other participants or staff, or use the content for any unlawful purpose. We may remove or refuse access to anyone who breaches these Terms, without refund where the breach warrants it.
7. Third-party services and links. We use third-party services (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Zoom for live delivery, FlexiFunnels for hosting, email/WhatsApp for communication). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment losses you may incur. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Workshop is limited to the fee you paid for it.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms, the Workshop schedule, or content from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh].
