This policy explains cancellations and rescheduling for The Complete Trader Plan.
1. Cancellation by you (the participant). If you wish to cancel before the Workshop begins, email admin@dhirajsinghbais.com. Where you cancel and also meet the conditions of our Refund Policy, a refund will be processed accordingly. Once the live Workshop has begun, cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy.
2. Transfer to a later batch. If you cannot attend your registered batch, you may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch (subject to seats), provided you ask at least [48 hours] before your session begins. Transfers are at our discretion.
3. Cancellation or rescheduling by us. In rare cases (technical issues, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances), we may reschedule or cancel a Workshop. If we cancel and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, we will provide a full refund of your fee. If we reschedule, you may attend the new date or request a refund.
4. No liability for incidental costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses (e.g., internet charges, time) related to a rescheduled or cancelled session beyond refunding the fee paid.
